A moisiture-laden easterly flow aloft across the northern portions of BC will keep rain in the forecast. 20-35mm of rain expected over the next 24 hours, and rainfall warnings are in effect for Northern areas of the province including the BC Peace. A shift to a southwesterly flow this weekend will help dry things out. As for the Southern half of the province, a strengthening ridge will build in keeping sun in the forecast. Long range models are also predicting the possibility of above average temps for next week.
