After a weekend of thunderstorm watches and warnings, we have a drier pattern for most of the inland sections over the next couple days with just isolated showers and thundershowers in the afternoon hours.
Weather in the Southern Interior will gradually stabilize and warm up today and tomorrow as a ridge forms into southern portions of BC. Temps will get up into the low thirties for the next few days, with the warmest likely on Tuesday. South eastern areas like the Columbia-Kootenay region will have a slightly bigger chance of showers and thundershowers today but as the ridge over Southern BC strengthens, this corner of the province will see a decreased chance of showers on Tuesday.
The Northern portions of the province will see a pretty typical summertime weather pattern with a mix of sun and cloud to start and slight chance of thundershowers in the afternoon. An upper trough moves into the northern half of BC tomorrow increasing the chance of showers for the Central Interior.
